Bristol Care Village
Cen QS Consulting provided the BOQ for this £50M single stage D&B tender for the new build construction of a 280 apartment Care Village at Stoke Gifford, Bristol.
The multi storey scheme consisted of traditionally constructed load bearing masonry apartment blocks off a part concrete and part steel framed village centre hub.
The scheme included extensive external works and hard landscaping including a Village Garden with large atrium roof lights over and steel framed walkways providing access to the apartments.
