Cen QS Consulting prepared the BOQ’s for this circa £13m strategic development of Charter school, Southwark.
Our sister company Cense Consulting Limited carried out pricing of the tender on behalf of our Client.
The D&B Project included the envelope repairs and thermal upgrades and the complete internal refurbishment of the existing Chateau building to provide classroom accommodation. Also a new build 2 storey building to provide a main hall, music and drama block.
The project was procured under a JCT Design and build contract with a 115 week contract period and comprised a gross internal floor area of 3,169m2.
