The D&B Project included the construction of a new build 63 bedroom student accommodation facility across two blocks. The extent of works will entail the complete construction of the student accommodation including all substantiated superstructure elements, external façade, roof and all FF&E and associated external works/soft/hard landscaping in a shared courtyard.
