Cen QS Consulting prepared the BOQ’s to help our Client secure this circa £20m residential development. Our sister company Censeo Consulting Limited carried out the Estimating.
The project was split over a 7-storey concrete framed block A & B, and a 3 storey traditionally constructed block B, to provide 63 mixed tenure residential units and 400 m2 of Cat A lettable Office space to the ground and first floors of Block A.
The scheme included extensive hard and soft landscaping.
