Cen QS Consulting provided a full SMM7 BOQ for this secondary school redevelopment in Hampstead, London.
The project included the demolition of an existing 1980’s extension, the construction of a contiguous piled basement and a new 3 storey teaching building extension.
Internal areas of the existing building were also stripped and refurbished including replacement windows, new sections of replacement roof structure & roof finishes and new internal fit out.
The BOQ was measured in phases to follow the programme of the works which were to be carried out in a live site.
