A typical scheme will include soft strip, partial demolition, strip off existing facades, add multi-storey structural steel or concrete framed vertical or horizontal extensions, install complete new facades and provide a completely new Cat A or Cat B internal fit out.
We’ve also measured a huge number of new build D&B commercial projects on office parks and University Campus.
In contrast, we’ve measured partial or full internal strip out, reconfiguration and Cat A and B fit out projects at offices such as Canary Wharf.
