Carnival Leisure Centre Wokingham
Cen QS prepared the BOQ for this single stage D&B tender for this circa £30m Leisure Centre scheme for Wokingham Borough Council.
The project consisted of the new 2 storey steel framed building which houses a 25m swimming pool, 15m learner pool with moveable floor, changing and shower facilities, a Library, a Gym, sports hall, Café area, toilets and a shell only spa and shell only retail areas.
External works include extensive hard and soft landscaping.
