Queens Golden Jubilee Leisure Centre Rugby
Cen QS prepared the BOQ for this single stage D&B tender for this circa £15m Leisure Centre scheme for Rugby Borough Council.
The project consisted of the new 2 storey steel framed building which houses a 25m swimming pool, a learner pool, changing and shower facilities, a Gym, sports hall, Climbing wall, Café area, toilets and reception.
External works include extensive hard and soft landscaping and car parking.
