Cen QS Consulting prepared the BOQ to help our Client to secure this £12m new build Hotel project. Our sister company Censeo Consulting Ltd carried out the Estimating.
The 76 bedroom steel frame hotel included a complicated Petersen brick façade with glazed balcony terrace areas at various levels up the building.
The ground floor houses the hotel reception and bar restaurant area with bespoke joinery throughout. Part of the ground floor is occupied by 5 lettable shell only retail units.
