Cen QS Consulting have measured BOQ’s for a number of Marks and Spencers store fit out projects generally ranging from £1m to £5m in value.
The works consisted of the complete interior fit out of new shell only stores and the refit of existing M&S stores to include all finishes to the main store and back of house areas, Café installation, signage, joinery, FF&E, escalators, lifts, refrigerated units and the M&E services
