Sutcliffe Park Lesiure Centre Greenwich
Cen QS prepared the BOQ for this single stage D&B tender to help our client to win this circa £10m Sports and Leisure scheme.
The project consisted of the demolition of the existing changing room building and the new build construction of new changing rooms, an indoor skate park and climbing hall, restaurant, offices, classrooms and the refurbishment of the existing sports track. Externally a new access road, car park and public toilets were added to complete the scheme.
