Cen QS Consulting produced the RIBA Stage 2 Cost Plan for this circa £35m concrete framed multi storey Student Accommodation project to provide 659 en-suite and shared bathroom student rooms.
We used our experience of similar construction projects to provide a far more detailed measure and rated Cost Plan than the stage 2 design information would ordinarily allow.
